Anyone may submit cards (to be graded) via this service. You are not required to join a club or go through a dealer. You may submit one or more cards via this service direct to CSA. List below each card to be graded.  Please print this form as many times as needed. Keep a copy for your records. The CSA GRADE column is for CSA use only.
