It does not include mail time, Sundays or other Holidays when the post office is closed. RETURN POSTAGE & INSURANCE is $10.00 per order for up to $1,000.00 of estimated value. Add $1.00 for additional $1,000.00 of value. All orders are returned to the owner via U. S. POSTAL SERVICE (REGISTERED & INSURED). iNTERNATIONAL ORDER's postage IS $20.00 minimum. Note - I understand that CSA is only rendering an opinion and accepts no liability for value of any card. CSA is not liable for damage while the cards are in shipment. Your cardholders are not returned. CSA reserves the right to reject any card for any reason. |
